VAM Systems is currently looking for Integration Delivery Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Role purpose Qualifications Required education, minimum work years experience 5-8 years of minimum experience as delivery/project manager (preferably in Telecommunications domain); Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types and project management; Experience with Agile development and working knowledge of software development life cycle; Experience delivering integration/middleware solutions; Team player with strong analytical skills; Strong communication skills. Technical skills Required: Experience with deploying solutions that make use of DevOps, microservices and other modern concepts Experience with Agile development and delivery methodologies Experience delivering integration/middleware solutions. Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types and project management Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g. self-service, self-care and e-commerce) Excellent negotiation, collaboration and coordination skills Desirable Solid business acumen and a structured analytical thinker Good motivational and leadership skills and able to set the direction in a startup environment Able to act as change agent to facilitate the coordination efforts between business and IT at stream level. Role scope Key deliverables: Implementation timelines for all releases related to the NGIL&CIAM domain aligned internally and with vendors Releases delivered as per the agreed scope and within the agreed timelines Work stream delivery reports to the Steering team and the relevant governance bodies Milestones: Responsibilities: Working with NGIL Delivery Principal for the planning and execution of delivery of NGIL & CIAM components for the GF IT release(s) Oversee daily activities of delivery (SCRUM) teams and provide direction and guidance as needed Maintains and reports on pre-agreed level of service level agreement and KPIs for NGIL & CIAM solution Works with the respective Tech Product Owners to prioritize feature sets and major stories as required for the product backlogs and sprint backlogs Early escalation of risks and issues relating to the Technical Workstreams and deliverables to the Delivery Principal/ Delivery Lead/ Leadership team Ensure consistent services delivery meets the committed client quality outcomes, metrics and expectations for the services scope of the squad (relevant SLAs, managing bottlenecks, backlogs, drive Agile workflow etc.) Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) Terms and conditions The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
