Hiring a Senior Insurance Sales Agent responsible for selling Health, Life, or Motor insurance products. The role focuses on client acquisition, policy advising, and achieving monthly sales targets within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, and referrals.
Present and promote Health, Life, or Motor insurance plans based on client needs.
Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable coverage options.
Prepare quotations, explain policy terms, and guide clients through the application process.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely policy renewals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting rules, and market trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in insurance sales within the UAE (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Must have experience in at least one of the following:
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Motor Insurance
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work with targets and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and documentation.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
