We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused
Insurance Sales Agent
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling
life, motor, and medical insurance
products and must be capable of building strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in life, motor, and medical insurance.
Provide expert consultation to clients on various insurance products based on their needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and cold-calling.
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals.
Ensure all policies sold comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
Attend training, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on products and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of
insurance sales experience
in the UAE, specifically in
life, motor, and medical insurance
.
Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
