Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, sell insurance policies and provide excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, at least two years of sales experience, and a strong drive to succeed. This is a commission-based role with the potential for high earnings.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Explain policy features, coverage options, and premiums in a clear and concise manner to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding.
