Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Advisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth by leveraging your expertise and network to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients. Your primary focus will be on Employee Benefits (Medical) and General Insurance (Motor), helping businesses and individuals secure their assets and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Sales: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their specific insurance needs for Employee Benefits, Medical, and Motor coverage.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose comprehensive, competitive insurance programs that provide clear value and meet client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Portfolio Growth: Manage and grow an existing book of business while actively developing new opportunities to expand your portfolio.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes within the UAE insurance market.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in insurance sales within the UAE market. Experience working for a brokerage is highly preferred.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, specifically in selling Employee Benefits - Medical and General Insurance (Motor is essential).
  • Network: Strong existing network or a proven book of business in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
