Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with insurance companies and brokers for group fleet including luxury Vehicles & trailers and personal Vehicles
  • Deep understanding of Insurance Polices, Bank Covenant regarding Building Valuation and insurance and insurance coverage.
  • Liasing with authorized signatories for approval.
  • Ability to Processing Vehicle Expenses (Group).
  • Ability to process Salary WPS for the different companies.
  • Preparing Payments (Office / Sister concern companies)
  • Processing Insurance for workmen compensation, life insurance policies.
  • Breeding productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Evaluating business or individual customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial status and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
  • Preparing Payments (Office / Sister concern companies)
  • Sought out new clients and developing clientele by networking to find new customers and generated lists of prospective clients.
  • Monitored insurance claims to ensure they were settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.
  • Selected the company that offered the type of coverage requested by the client to underwrite the policy.
  • Trained and managed numerous office hires and achieved significant improvements in their productivity.
  • Performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
  • Conferred with clients to obtain and provide information when claims were made on a policy.
  • Ensured that policy requirements were fulfilled, including any necessary paramedical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
  • Developed marketing strategies to compete with other individuals and companies who sold insurance.
  • Explained features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
  • Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
  • Fulfill all policy requirements
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Bachelor Degree (Study Insurance) ,finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • (Chartered Insurance Institute),(Certificate in Regulated General Insurance) or any additional certifications are beneficial.
Function specific experience:
  • Must have experience in Insurance (5-6 years/ UAE / Group of Companies)
  • Thorough knowledge & understand the nature of risk and its application.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Logistics \xe2\x80\x93 Industry & Machinery & other types of insurance claims & claims management process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, works under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
  • Experience of leading on financial aspects of multi-projects contract management and providing advice on complex claims management.
