Job Title: Insurance Liaison

Location: Remote (UAE-based)

About Us: Ochi Vision is a mobile eye care provider in the UAE offering professional eye exams, eyewear, and optical services with convenience and style. We are now looking to expand our services by becoming an approved provider with leading insurance companies across the UAE.

: We are seeking an Insurance Liaison to manage all communication and processes with insurance companies. This role requires someone who is already familiar with the UAE healthcare insurance system, including onboarding providers, handling approvals, and coordinating claims. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing insurer relationships from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage onboarding with UAE insurance companies to register Ochi Vision as an approved eye care provider.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Ochi Vision and insurance companies.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications, approvals, and required documentation.

Handle claims submissions and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.

Maintain ongoing communication with insurance networks for updates, renewals, and issue resolution.

Provide management with progress reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with UAE health insurance companies.

In-depth knowledge of onboarding processes for healthcare/eye care providers.

Strong understanding of claims management and insurance compliance.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Based in the UAE.

Must have own valid UAE visa.
