*Selecting and recruitment of Insurance Advisors
* Training, coaching and mentoring the team
* Reviewing performance of the team members periodically (daily, weekly and monthly)
* Conducting daily morning meetings with the team and setting business plan for the day
* Joint call and field activity along with team members
* Setting and achieving sales targets on monthly basis
* Monitoring daily sales call of team members Qualification and Experience:
*Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University
*Minimum 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s UAE experience in managing a sales team.
*Hold a valid UAE driving license with car. Skills:
* Good communication skill
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated Customer service
* Drive to improve Sales
* Able to conduct interviews to select qualified advisors Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
