Job Title: Insurance Department Manager Job Summary: The Insurance Department Manager at the medical center works to plan and execute strategies for healthcare insurance management, ensuring financial coverage and insurance provision for patients and potential clients. The manager oversees a team of professionals responsible for insurance file management, claims processing, and communication with insurance companies and relevant entities. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies for healthcare insurance management and plan financial coverage for patients and potential clients. 2. Effectively manage the insurance department team, including guiding and directing staff, setting personal and individual goals. 3. Organize and oversee processes for insurance applications and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. 4. Negotiate and collaborate with insurance companies and other relevant parties to ensure appropriate coverage for patients and potential clients. 5. Review and analyze current insurance policies and potential changes in legislation and regulations, taking necessary actions to ensure compliance. 6. Provide guidance to patients and their families on insurance matters, dealing with insurance companies, and claims requirements. 7. Prepare regular reports and evaluate the performance of the insurance department, implementing improvements and adjustments as needed. 8. Collaborate with other teams within the medical center, such as the financial and medical management, to ensure effective coordination of insurance and financial coverage. 9. Stay updated on developments in the healthcare insurance industry and innovations, applying best practices and continuous improvements. 10. Resolve insurance-related problems and disputes effectively and within established policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Practical experience of at least 5 years in healthcare insurance management, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
