The Insurance Coordinator is a full-time position within IIQAF responsible for ensuring all insurance policies adhere to the company\'s insurance procedures and standards. This person will be responsible for managing and updating policies, reporting on discrepancies, and communicating with stakeholders as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining, monitoring, and updating insurance policies
Ensure the accuracy of all insurance information at hand
Reviewing and negotiating with third party companies and brokers
Provide detailed reports on premiums, deductibles, and other related information
Generate, review, and communicate policy changes as needed
Helping produce and complete any relevant insurance paperwork
Answering inquiries and resolving any issues stakeholders may have
Liaise and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance
Maintaining up-to-date records of all policies and claims
Keep stakeholders informed on any changes to comply with insurance guidelines
Requirements:
2 years of related experience
Working knowledge of industry standards, policies and procedures
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Highly detail oriented and able to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and other relevant software
