looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team at IIQAF. Reporting to the head of Insurance, you will coordinate end-to-end insurance processes to ensure the proper management of insurance services for our customers. You will be a key part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive insurance plans based on thorough research and understanding of insurance policies in the market
Administer and track customer insurance information to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Analyze risk factors and potential loss scenarios in order to select cost-effective insurance coverage
Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate competitive rates and customer discounts
Monitor insurance expiration dates and initiate renewals in a timely fashion
Handle customer inquiries related to insurance and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Analyze data, research market trends to optimize insurance plans
Develop and maintain detailed documents of customer profiles, insurance policies and other insurance related data
Prepare and/or present reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an insurance coordinator or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of risk, insurance policies and regulations
Proven ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Excellent numerical and organizational skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications
Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field is preferred, but not required
