As Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the informative and efficient management of IIQAF\xe2\x80\x99s insurance, including both company-provided insurance and private insurances. You will coordinate and facilitate the accurate entry of all insurance information into the system, coordinating care and benefits, maintaining database records, generating reports, and ensuring customer service focus.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, sharp analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and a robust understanding of the insurance industry. You should also be a problem solver and offer creative solutions whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the accurate entry of all appropriate insurance information into the system
  • Manage and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s database of insurance information
  • Analyze and review insurance coverage to ensure compliance with IIQAF standards
  • Evaluate customer needs to accurately identify coverage eligibility and requirements
  • Generate reports on insurance policies to ensure data accuracy
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Assist in claims processing to ensure timely completion and payment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or related field
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator or related role
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and insurance regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hardworking, organized, and flexible, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong negotiation skills and problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, customer service software, and databases
