We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic training program, As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals while working on real-world projects.

In your first year, you will join ETHRAA which is an intensive training program designed by the Emirates Institute of Finance to provide UAE nationals with professional qualifications and hands-on experience in specific areas of expertise. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their careers and gain valuable practical knowledge.

Job Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the ETHRAA training program, which includes a structured curriculum and practical assignments to enhance your knowledge and skills in the designated area of expertise.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute to their successful completion.
• Assist in research, data analysis, documentation, and other project-related tasks as required.
• Foster positive working relationships with team members, trainers, and mentors. Participate in group discussions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to exchange ideas and experiences.
• Adhere to the program guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the organization. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate ethical behavior throughout the training program
• Get familiar with personnel duties and help managers complete daily tasks
• Understand each department\'s daily processes and goals, which would also help you discover your areas of interest

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

• UAE National with Family book
• A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in the relevant field of study obtained within the past two years.
• A minimum GPA of 3
• Self-starter
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and exploring different areas of expertise
• Solution-oriented
