The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream. 2 - 10 years' Experience in Sales with 2 years of Sales Experience in Insurance or banking Sector. Proven ability in achieving Sales Targets and developing client relationships. Responsible for achieving the sales targets including achievement of agreed renewal ratios and growth target from new business within specified geographies. Customer satisfaction and winning customer loyalty in line with high corporate standard. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
