Job Type: Permanent Main Duties:
A strong understanding of all types of general
insurance from a technical perspective and is aware of any changes in the market with, latest trends and plans.
Ability to create strong bonds with clients and
insurance companies and successfully resolve insurance issues. More
imperatively teach and guide the subordinates in excelling on this aspect of
the business.
Has strong connections with insurance companies and
the underwriters to get work done effectively and efficiently.
Gain a thorough understanding of clients business
insurance needs and provide suitable insurance advice to current and
prospective clients.
Capable of preparing and organizing PowerPoint
presentations internally and externally, presenting to close a sale, and
coaching others in the team to do the same.
Efficiently delegate and manage the work across the
team and provide monthly targets based on the target set by the company.
Proactively reports critical issues to Management and
submits production reports weekly, which is essential to meet the company's
objectives.
Be a key contributor to the company's business
development and achieve forecasts targets for the team and yourself.
Cross-Sell & Up-Sell various classes of insurance
using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
Proactively willing to meet clients to help the
process of on boarding client .
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Skills:
Must have 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Field
Love solving problems and creating proactive
solutions
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
High level of written and verbal Business English
communication
Adaptable and able to multi-task
Team player and goal-oriented
