Insulation Worker – Winding Department
Job Description
:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Female Worker to join our
Winding Department. This role involves both insulation and insertion of
windings for large and small electrical machines. The ideal candidate will
possess a high level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring the
quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manual and Machine Insulation Application: Apply insulation
manually or using machines to windings of large and small
machines.
? Lacquer Application: Manually apply insulating and conductive
lacquer to the windings of large machines.
? Insertion of Insulating Materials: Insert insulation materials
between copper conductors with precision and care.
? Install and secure windings in large and small machines following
precise instructions.
? Connect windings according to wiring diagrams to ensure proper
functionality.
? Ensure the finished product meets customer specifications and
quality standards.
QUALIFICATION:
Prior experience in winding or insulation work is an advantage but not
mandatory; training will be provided.
Hiring Philippines or other nationality, 20 to 45 years old FEMALE
Must be able to read, speak & write English.
Must have high school diploma.
Starting Salary: 4,000 AED
