Job Description

Provide quality maintenance activities like IPF testing, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment

a. Carry out routine maintenance of pressure. temperature. level and flow loops. including removal and re installation.

b Assist in loop testing, function testing and commissioning of instrumentation loops

c. Install all types of field instrumentation including the cabling supports and stands, instrument impulse lines and connections to process with minimum supervision

d. Perform tube bending, tube bending in groups:Install instrument stands.instrument air headers, instruments . tube tray:screw pipe.

d. Aquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.

e. Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required

Requirements

HND or Diploma in relative discipline

More that 6 year in O&G or power distribution companies with 2 year experience as maintenance instrument technician.

English Language read.write and speaking to IELTS level 3

Able to work with computers.word excel. and windows and good understanding of CMMS.

Able to understand Work Orders and discuss repair methods with supervision.

Able to use all standard instrument test equipment.

Can read and understand drawings. PFS.PEFS.Loop diagrams Instrument data sheets

Able to recoganise flanges. gasket and bolt types, and types of tubing systems including compression fittings and be able to make off accordingly.

Have hand skills for bending tubes and fittings & conversant with hazardous area equipment

Good interpersonal communications skill, problem solving skills. time management skills
