Instrument Technician
Location: Offshore Qatar (Halul & Associated Platforms)
Duration: 1 Month
Start Date: 1st Feb 2026
Schedule: Rotational (as per shutdown plan)
Scope Includes:
? Dismantling, repairing, calibrating pneumatic/electronic/smart instrumentation
? Working with transmitters, control valves, ESD valves, PLCs, fieldbus systems
? Fire & Gas and ESD system maintenance and calibration
? Replacement of instrumentation, cabling, and pipework
? Fault-finding and troubleshooting during shutdown
Requirements:
? Min. 5 years offshore experience in oil & gas instrumentation
? Hands-on with flow, pressure, level, temp, and analytical instruments
? Familiar with F&G systems, ESD, PLCs, Foundation Fieldbus
? Valid BOSIET/HUET & OGUK medical certificate
? Prior QatarEnergy/Middle East experience preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: QAR10,500.00 per month
