What You Need to Know
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Instrument Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, along with the ability to contribute effectively to a team environment.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Hydraulic/Pneumatic Schematics/P&ID reading and understanding
Hydraulic/Pneumatic Component Identification
Fittings & thread identification and use
Compression fitting Tubing installation including supports / clips
HP/MP tubing -Autoclave /Butech/FK -including supports/clips for panel & field lines.
Cable/tubing tray installation
Control fluids understanding- water based/mineral based properties etc.
Hydraulic Flushing/sampling
Hose safety & hose management
Accumulators/Pulsation Dampers- repair/service/test
Accumulators/Pulsation Dampers- pre-charge
Hydraulic/pneumatic component - repair/service/test
Hydraulic Pump (repair/service/test)
Gas Driven Pumps testing, repair and maintenance
Workshop Skills
Pressure Testing
Calibration mechanical - Gauges, relief valves, pilot valves & certification requirements
Hydraulic SOV, Pulse operated & pilot operated SOV repair/service
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
Trade certificate or ITI / Skill certification or Diploma in Instrumentation or Mechanical
Basic knowledge in English
Skills & Experience
Essential
Person should have technical qualification from a recognized institution with sound academic results or 1 year experience in any oil & gas service company.
Reday to work in the service shop
Preferred
Technically sound & interested candidates with Instrument/Mechanical background
Previous experience in similar field is an advantage
