Process building using the chosen technology for the instruments in the process.
Plan organize and supervise on a daily basis, automation technician's activities in the plant.
Follow up of the problems and errors which happen in all Stations
Monitoring of process parameters
Fine tuning for the control loops around the plant to keep stability and protections of the devices
Setting the all ranges of the instruments in the DCS system to match the outside calibration.
Supervise the new connections of modifications on the hardware side (I/O panels).
Supervise the hardware maintenance for the control circuits of the motors and I/O panels which are done by the technicians.
Safety isolation supervision for the On/Off and control valves to enable the maintenance people to do their job safely.
Following up with the third parties the automation systems to maintain it in a good performance in addition to the arrangement for the modifications (Turbine- Boiler - Centrifuge).
Maintenance for the fire alarm system.
Restoring the operations stations on the DCS.
Restoring the DCS server system

Requirements:

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering -Specialization in Instrumentation Engineering
