Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement
instrumentation and control systems
for industrial facilities.
Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments,
control valves, PSV, MOV
, and process control systems.
Develop and maintain all instrumentation documentation, including
P&IDs, loop diagrams, I/O lists, cause & effect charts
, and technical reports.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and verification of instrumentation and control systems.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Implement and maintain
safety and security measures
for instrumentation and control systems.
Ensure all instrumentation work complies with relevant industry standards and client specifications.
Technical Skills & Expertise
Strong proficiency in instrumentation and control systems such as
DCS, PLC, SCADA
and field instrumentation.
Hands-on experience in calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of field devices.
Knowledge of industry standards:
ASME, API, ISA, IEC
, and
ARAMCO standards
(preferred).
Experience in developing and reviewing design documents, control philosophies, and technical submissions.
Project & Shutdown Management
Plan and schedule
shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance activities
.
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets related to instrumentation shutdown work.
Experience in shutdown execution, including procedures, safety protocols, and documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of shutdown tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-7 years of experience
in instrumentation engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, control logic, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with Saudi industry standards and ARAMCO project requirements (advantage).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Iqama Transfer (Transfer of Sponsorship is Mandatory)
Currently available in
Saudi arabia
Relevant experience in construction projects
Ability to join immediately (preferred)
Physically fit and capable of performing site work
