Your role: We are looking for an Instructor Pilot/advisor to join our team in the Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities: Instructor Pilot/advisor for Saab special mission aircraft. Supporting end user in Abu Dhabi.

Squadron continuation flight training.

Support and Participate in COREX and LFE

Support STAN/EVAL

Conduct crew checks

Conduct briefing and de-briefings

Update and develop operation manuals like SOP and BEM

Support Safety Management Program

Develop and update training procedures

Conduct crew training like EGRESS, recurrent and other relevant trainings

Work closely together with squadron commander and mission crew advisor

Experience and Qualification:

EASA ATPL (TRI)

Current on BD700 or re-validation within 3 years depending on experience

G6000 Aircraft Commander Experience

Languages: English proficiency 4

Current First Class EASA Medical Certificate required with good physical condition.

Bachelor Degree or related qualification in Aviation Management

Desired skills:

Flight Instructor TRI Global 6000

Qualified Weapons Instructor or Qualified Flight Instructor

Previous experience on aircraft involved in a warfare training role

Flight operations in military or government aviation / Special Mission

Comprehend and execute complex military and civilian procedures

Possess sound analytical skills

Work in a high-stress environment while remaining calm composure and high integrity

Demonstrate ability to work within a team environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and timely communications

Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and all other personnel

Maintain professional appearance

Reasonable level of competence with the suite of Microsoft Office tools

This position requires you to Satisfy Security clearance requirements.

What you will be a part of: Saab Middle East, a subsidiary of Saab AB, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to United Arab Emirates Armed Forces for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle. You will be part of an operational support team in an international AEW - (Airborne Early Warning) Project headed by Saab Middle East.
