We are seeking a highly qualified academic with a

PhD in a business-related discipline

and a proven track record in

PhD research supervision

. The successful candidate will contribute to our undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs through high-quality teaching, research, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business and related areas. Supervise doctoral (PhD) research students and contribute to the development of our research degree programs. Engage in high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed academic journals. Secure research funding through grants or other academic channels. Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and departmental planning. Participate in academic advising and mentoring of students. Attend and contribute to departmental, faculty, and university-wide meetings. Promote collaboration within academic and professional communities.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

PhD in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline

(mandatory).

Proven experience in supervising PhD students

to successful completion (essential). Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publications in reputable academic journals. Teaching experience at university level (undergraduate and postgraduate). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing and leading doctoral research programs. International teaching or research experience. Industry experience related to the business field (a plus but not required). Active participation in academic conferences, editorial boards, or research committees.
