POSITION
The In-Store Visual Merchandiser operates in a flagship store with the responsibility to apply Corporate VM guidelines, techniques, implement VM strategy and procedures to ensure a high level of product display and the store perfect look at all times. Main Responsibilities
PROFILE
- Institutional Window Setup & In-Store VM change and installation
- Execution of Corporate VM marketing strategy and directives
- Communicate with Store Manager, Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, Store Planning to work on VM rotation and Store layout suggestion in order to maximize the Sales
- Pay attention to all VM details and ensure the perfect product display at all time in every part of the Store
- Window & VM photo report (including SKU) on bi-monthly basis
- Align periodically Visual Merchandising and Sales performance
- Make sure the best sellers are always on display
- Check props status and communicate any damage to Store Manager / VM team
- Maintain props stock and notify the team about new props arrival
- Share VM guidelines with Sales Associates
- Attend seasonal VM training and cooperate with VM Team during the session if needed
PROFILE
- Experience in Luxury Visual Merchandising
- Good product display skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to use MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Good level of English is a must
- Strong communication skills
- High listening skill
