Stellenbeschreibung
Integrated in the Institutional department of Swissquote MEA Ltd., the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- To actively seek and look after Institutional Clients such as Banks, Asset Managers, Family offices and Companies
- Pro-actively broaden and deepen relationships with existing & new-to-bank customers through effective contact and delivery of the SQB and SQMEA product offering
- Act as the Key account manager and day-to-day point of contact for all client queries
- Liaison point with SQB in terms of problem solving and proposition development in accordance with Sales\' requirements
- Providing a high quality service meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of response through the customer\'s preferred channel of distribution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a variety of Client facing (Sales) service and administration roles
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, English being mandatory
- Experience in Trading and/or Trade execution of all general asset classes
