Key Responsibilities:
Accurately install aluminium and glass windows, doors, and facade elements according to shop drawings and specifications
Perform on-site measurements and verify dimensions before installation
Ensure all installations comply with project standards, safety regulations, and quality control requirements
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues
Handle fixing, sealing, glazing, and finishing works on site
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness
Report progress and any site challenges promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in installing aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, or facades
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation manuals
Skilled with relevant hand and power tools
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices on construction sites
Physically fit and able to work at heights if required
Good communication skills and team player mentality
