Installation Supervisor

Job Description
Responsible for managing the entire site execution process for signage and facade projects, including planning, coordinating with teams, verifying materials and drawings, ensuring installation quality, and maintaining constant communication with sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily site activities and schedules for signage and facade installation works. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely execution of tasks as per project requirements. Arrange and verify site work permits and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Conduct pre-installation checks, including material verification and comparison against approved drawings. Take accurate site measurements and ensure technical drawings are matched accordingly. Oversee material movement, delivery coordination, and quality verification before dispatch from production. Ensure clear communication between production, design, and sales teams regarding site readiness and status. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues proactively. Maintain proper documentation and daily reports on work progress and challenges. Support the sales and design team with technical inputs related to site conditions and feasibility. Report regularly to the Operations Manager or Divisional Manager on work status, site issues, and team performance.
