Job Description
We are seeking
experienced and detail-oriented Inspectors
across all disciplines (Civil, MEP, Architectural, Structural, etc.) to join our growing team inAbu Dhabi
. You will play a key role in overseeing the construction ofluxury villa and residential projects
, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards and in full compliance with local regulations and client specifications.Roles Available:
Civil Inspectors MEP Inspectors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Architectural Inspectors Structural Inspectors Infrastructure Inspectors
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications Review and verify construction activities against approved drawings and technical standards Monitor contractor performance and workmanship across all stages of construction Identify and document non-conformances, and follow up on corrective actions Prepare daily/weekly reports and inspection logs Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline Minimum
5 years
of relevant experience in villa or residential construction projects Strong knowledge of local construction codes and regulations Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environmentJob Type: Permanent
