Inspector Mechanical Engineers
Job Description
1.? ?Valuation Analysis: Apply various valuation methods such as the sales comparison approach, cost approach and income approach to determine the property's value accurately.
2.? ?On Time Delivery of valuation reports with 100% accuracy.
3.? ?Client Consultation: Communicate finding and calculation results with the clients which may include homeowners, buyers, sellers, lenders or investors. Address their questions and concerns regarding he appraisal.
4.? ?Compliance: Stay up-to-date with RERA state and local regulations and guidelines related to real estate appraisals. Ensure that all appraisals meet legal and industry standards.
5.? ?Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and ethical conduct in all valuation work. Follow industry best practices to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure objectivity.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
