Job Summary:

Al Khayyal Group Trading & Investment is seeking a highly competent and experienced

Inspection Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all engineering regulations and safety standards within warehouses and real estate facilities. Your role will involve conducting thorough inspections, reviewing engineering drawings, identifying violations, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented, directly contributing to enhanced safety and quality in our sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

regular and surprise on-site inspections

of warehouses and real estate commoercial properties to assess compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Review and audit engineering drawings

(structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil defense) submitted for modification and addition requests, such as

office and mezzanine construction

. Verify adherence to issued construction permits and ensure all technical conditions are met. Identify and document all

detected violations

, providing necessary evidence (photos, reports). Prepare

detailed and accurate technical inspection reports

and provide clear recommendations for corrective actions. Continuously follow up with tenants and property owners to ensure

timely rectification of violations

. Collaborate and coordinate effectively with relevant government entities (Municipality, Civil Defense, Land Department) to ensure law enforcement. Provide technical guidance and advice to tenants regarding compliance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:

Building Inspection,structural supervision: 3 years (Required) structural engineering: 3 years (Required) warehouses or industrial facilities.: 3 years (Preferred) Civil Defense, fire safety: 3 years (Required) AutoCad: 3 years (Required) MS Office Suite: 3 years (Required)
Language:

License/Certification:

Sharjah Muncipility License (Preferred) Sewa Approved Engineer (Preferred) * occupational health and safety Certificate (Required)
