Ensure effective and efficient coordination in a timely manner of the assigned tasks as per the laid-out policies, procedures, etc., for smooth operations of administrative functions for respective section and area.
Coordinates all Inspection activities to ensure services meet company and client specifications as well as contractual requirements.
Position Responsibilities
Prepares times sheets and subsequent Work order for invoicing.
Prepares and issues overall Inspection Status Report for each purchase order.
Develops and maintains Inspection Man-hour Budgets.
Monitors and manages the Project Inspection Budget.
Keeps track and control of worldwide inspection activities.
Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Inspectors, including coordination with clients and discipline Engineers involved with Inspection.
Lends technical support to Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management disciplines.
Authorizes Inspection Release Certificates (IRC) against purchase order requirements.
Reviews and approves Inspection Reports for compliance to scope of Inspection; file and distribute to designated Project Team members.
Distributes periodically the updated Vendor Inspection Plan (VIP) informing the Project team and Client (if required) about the status of project inspections.
Monitors performance of suppliers and contract-based inspectors and report to management monthly.
Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, client\xe2\x80\x99s database \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
Manages customer feedback.
Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.
