Key Responsibilities:

Follow up, qualify, and respond to leads from different sources as appropriate.
Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.
Prepare and submit spare parts quotations and ensure that a follow up is made until receipt of the purchase order.
Collaborate with other functions and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers
Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.
