Inside Sales Representative, MEA, Dubai (m/f/*)
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Inside Sales Representative for Middle East Africa at Transportation & Electronics Business Group in Dubai you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:Proactive cooperation with 3M sales team. Managing complex customer relationships/models by understanding the customer's business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, enhancing the sale and managing growth. Demonstrating a broad level of influence to support the sales cycle, including closing sales. Finding, analysing, leveraging and reporting new market opportunities to improve market coverage. Administering of local contracts, pricing documents. Daily use of CRM including reporting of activities and social selling tools. Building positive picture of 3M products among current and potential customers. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships (including cold calling).

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: University education (bachelor's or master's degree)*
Experience in remote selling/demand generation*
Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory)*
Emirati nationality is preferred*


Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Communications skills (especially via phone).*
Knowledge of selling techniques.*
Sales and/or customer service experience.*
Understanding of the customer's business/sales model to influence key players.*
Ability to diagnose key problem areas for customers and apply 3M solutions.*
Ability to close sales.*
