We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team through proactive lead generation and qualification efforts. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing early-stage prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other prospecting tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria
Initiate contact with prospects to understand needs and introduce company products or services
Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
