Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and follow-ups. Manage the
entire sales cycle
from lead generation and qualification to order closure and post-sales support. Prepare and deliversales quotations, proposals, and product information
in coordination with the technical and procurement teams. Collaborate withvendors and channel partners
to identify opportunities, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Proactively identify customer needs and recommendrelevant IT products, solutions, and services
. Work closely with theoutside sales team
to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-dateCRM records
