JOB RESBOSIBILITIES:
Sales, Tendering & Revenue Growth
Achieve individual and company objectives.
Providing regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence.
Building a strong positive relationship by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
Client Relationship Management
Identifying customer problems and offering appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Serving as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Developing and growing the client book, and updating client information on the relevant company services.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
Analyze and improve customer service workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement tools and technologies to enhance service delivery and measure performance through KPIs.
Ensuring that the service delivered to our customers meets the role's and RTA Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs').
Advanced Negotiations
Persuasive and assertive while negotiating.
Diplomatic in difficult situations and ability to build trust.
Presents information professionally and openly as a two-way process.
Effectively negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Providing correct and accurate information regarding the policies and conditions for accepting company daily transactions.
Business Development
Proficient in using RTA software and system tools.
Highlight the service categories through your knowledge.
Updating knowledge and providing information relating to the company (specialization, fees, etc.).
Lead generation through proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
