to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, generating new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets -- all from within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Generate new leads through cold calling and other methods to build a strong sales pipeline.
Present and explain products/services to customers and assist them in making purchase decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up for order confirmation, and coordinate with operations for delivery.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in [industry, e.g., safety training, construction equipment, IT solutions, etc.].
Ability to understand and explain technical products.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
