Job title: Inside Sales Microsoft Location: Morocco, Casablanca (Boulevard Al Quods) Few Words About the Team: You will be a part of a new project, where you will have the change to acquire knowledge and pass it on to your futures colleagues. Reporting to: Business Manager - France. Division: Enterprise Computing Solutions Stakeholders: Internal Team (Arrow Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers), Resellers, Vendor, Microsoft.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? The aim of the role is to have full responsibility for acquiring, developing and retaining business within a named set of partner accounts across the Vendor Portfolio Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base Working with Arrow Account Managers to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the Vendor's products and services Giving support to Sales function, responsible for Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process (quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and troubleshooting other customer problems) Acting as Product Specialist and developing knowledge of Vendor product portfolio What Are We Looking For? The successful candidate will be a professional sales person who can demonstrate an established career of achievement within a sales environment.

The Skills That Will Help You to Succeed Even More: Work experience as a ISR in Microsoft (At least 18 months). Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach. Ability to learn product benefits and key technical concepts (training will be given)
