Job Purpose :

Perform tele-sales activities to achieve revenue growth through the development of new business and maintaining existing customers in line with Aramex commercial strategies.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Prospect research: Conduct research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Create a database of potential leads. (
  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods (such as LinkedIn/ Directories/Freezones) to identify and engage with potential customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on the set criteria & determine the potential for business growth.
  • Account Opening: Successfully convert qualified leads into new accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline. Track leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate closely with AMs to share insights, and to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired accounts to them.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Visits & Calls Target Achievement: Meet daily & monthly set targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Constantly create revenue generating channels from cross selling, upselling and new business streams
  • Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling.
  • Ensure customers are using cost effective services channels and increase use of automation.
  • Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set
  • Collect required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover.
  • Ensure customers information are up to date utilizing Sales Force.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on all requests related to quotation and contracts.
  • Preparing daily reports on no. of calls, prospects recognized, and meetings fixed.
Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or any other field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Freight Experience in JAFZA area.
