A fantastic role as an Inside Sales Representative for one of a global SaaS unicorn start up with over $150million in funding. This is an exciting role where you will be able to earn lots of commission. Upselling to a portfolio of warm accounts, you will be building strong relationships via the telephone and using your commercial sense to add value to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s account.
Role expectations:
Ability to meet key performance indicators
Be proactive on the phone and constantly pushing to over achieve targets
Build internal relationships with internal teams.
You will be responsible for building new and maintaining existing customers to increase sales of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services by obtaining and up-selling, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience.
Desired experience:
Experience in a telesales/inside sales position
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Tech savvy with a desire to work in a rapid pace tech start up
Ability to interact with people and build strong relationships, including being able to effectively influence across the business
Have a proactive approach and able to problem solve
Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
