Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, articulate and self-starter to develop their career within a fast-paced, high-growth FER team. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential new customers from provided calling lists, supporting our commercial team/ strategy and effectively maintaining the internal CRM system with all the necessary data. Responsibilities for this role will include;

  • Engage with all different types of businesses who use commercial catering equipment with outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc utilising our calling technology Outreach.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of verified opportunities and appointments for our commercial teams.
  • Be responsible for achieving monthly call & meeting targets, working to agreed targeted goals.
  • Provide weekly feedback on the calls, data, appointments and customers.
  • Keep CRM accurate and up to date, entering all info from customer interactions.
  • Work effectively, be self-motivated and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Follow up with commercial team members on status of leads and appointments passed over.
  • Work with team to identify quality new potential areas of growth.

  • Candidates must me based in Singapore
  • Singaporean Nationals or PR holders only applicable
  • Previous experience and success in outbound telesales/ telemarketing or appointment setting;
  • Prior CRM experience;
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's in telephone based environment;
  • Engaging phone presence with strong influencing skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Essential Personal Qualities:
  • English, Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Drive and ambition for sales and desire to develop your career;
  • High energy and a solid work ethic;
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • Confidence and capability to engage with people at all levels;
  • Excellent organisational and time management capability.
