As the Innovation Lab Director, you will define and deliver the innovation strategy at scale, steering the design and deployment of intelligent automation, AI, and other emerging technologies. You will lead ideation forums, create partnerships across the ecosystem, and manage innovation portfolios that directly impact operational efficiency and future competitiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the Innovation Lab's vision, roadmap, and program delivery
• Oversee enterprise-wide implementation of RPA, AI, and disruptive tech initiatives
• Lead full lifecycle innovation projects, from concept to rollout and measurement
• Organize internal innovation forums, idea challenges, and design sprints
• Deliver executive-level insights on innovation investments and strategic alignment
• Promote agile methodologies, design thinking, and a culture of calculated experimentation
• Manage innovation budgets, staffing, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
• Develop partnerships with startups, accelerators, universities, and tech vendors
• Govern innovation pipelines and ensure prioritization aligned with business strategy
• Ensure responsible innovation with ethical use of automation and data-driven tools

Job Requirements

• Proven experience leading innovation programs or labs in a large enterprise or global organization
• Background in AI, RPA, IoT, or emerging technology implementation
• Strong understanding of agile, lean startup, and design thinking principles
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Prior experience collaborating with innovation ecosystems including academia and industry partners
• Track record of building and scaling innovation teams with measurable business impact
• Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks for emerging tech (AI ethics, automation risks)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Innovation, Engineering, Business, or a related field
