:BG Global HR is actively recruiting an Injection Moulding Supervisor for a leading packaging manufacturing company in Dubai, UAE. The company, specializing in perfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions, is poised for global expansion. The successful candidate will oversee and manage operations of multiple Injection Moulding machines for manufacturing specialized packaging solutions, ensuring efficiency and quality.Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\x8bEnsure quality and quantity standards are met for products manufactured on injection machines.- Maintain machine output according to established standards.- Execute the Standard Testing Procedures (STP) for quality control.- Perform routine maintenance on assigned machines and molds.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work area.- Troubleshoot process issues promptly and effectively.\xe2\x80\x8bRequirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the injection moulding industry.- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous.- Proficiency in operating both hydraulic and All Electric Machines.- Knowledge of mould maintenance is preferred.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
