Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily nursing care, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications and monitor health conditions (e.g., blood pressure, sugar levels, vitals). Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain physical function. Prepare and assist with meals in accordance with dietary needs. Monitor patient's condition and respond to any changes with appropriate care or escalation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records. Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the patient's living space. Provide companionship and emotional support. Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers as needed. Accompany patient to medical appointments, if required.
Requirements:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Minimum [2-5] years of experience in in-home care, elderly care, or hospital/clinic setting. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Strong observational, communication, and time-management skills. Respectful, discreet, and empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality. Must be physically fit to assist with mobility and patient support.
