We Are Hiring - In-House Legal Counsel (Civil & Real Estate Focus)

Location: Dubai

Full-time / Part-time (Retainer Model)

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000/month (based on experience)

Company: Private real estate and investment business with active legal matters and new development plans.

Your Role:

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and loyal Legal Counsel to work directly with the CEO in managing all legal matters related to:

Real estate contracts Payment recovery and fraud cases Civil disputes Agreements with clients, agencies, and contractors JV structures and investor protections Reviewing and drafting MOUs, SPAs, NDAs Handling tenancy, rental disputes, and Dubai court-related filings Drafting and reviewing service contracts
You will be the point of protection and legal strategy for the company -- not just a lawyer, but a trusted legal guardian of the business.

Requirements:

Degree in Law from a recognized university Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and real estate law within the UAE Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department regulations and litigation process Fluent in Arabic and English Immediate availability preferred Licensed to practice in the UAE or partnered with a registered law firm
