Restructuring / Insolvency Lawyer
Dubai

A rapidly growing alternative investment fund in Dubai are looking for a restructuring / Insolvency lawyer .

Candidates will need demonstrable experience restructuring debt and re-structuring equity in companies that are distressed.

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, the majority of which must have been spent working at a Magic Circle or US law firm.

Fluency in English and French, both oral and written, are a must. Any additional languages will be considered a major advantage (in particular Dutch, Italian, German)
