About Us:

Intellect Chartered Accountants is a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm that offers expert financial solutions and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking to expand our brand presence and digital storytelling with the help of a talented Graphic Designer who can also handle videography and video editing with creativity and precision.

Role Summary:

As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual communication--both internally and externally. From designing marketing materials and client-facing documents to producing compelling video content for digital platforms, your work will directly support the firm's brand and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design visually engaging materials including presentations, reports, brochures, social media graphics, and internal documents.

? Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for brand campaigns, client case studies, educational series, and recruitment efforts.

? Ensure all visuals align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look.

? Work closely with the marketing and business development team to translate complex information into clear and appealing visuals.

? Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

? Support in visual storytelling for client pitches, webinars, and events.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

? 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

? Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video projects.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

? Experience with camera operations, lighting, and video production tools.

? Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.

? Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

? Motion graphics and animation experience.

? Familiarity with financial or professional services industry.

? Knowledge of content strategy for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.

? Photography and basic photo editing skills.
