In-House Community Manager (Filming & Social Media Management)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager to join our team, working in-house to help elevate our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends. This role will involve overseeing filming for various content, managing social media platforms, and ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Filming:
- Filming educational, promotional, and entertaining content to showcase the clinic's services and highlight the team's personalities.
- Ensure all content is filmed with high-quality equipment, adhering to modern filming standards and trends.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and film engaging "real-time" work, including before-and-after shots, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Focus on creating content that balances educational and entertaining elements, particularly content that positions the business as an authority in the industry.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage the business's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, Youtube, and website ensuring all content is posted on schedule and aligns with the brand's voice.
- Handle content scheduling and posting using tools like Buffer or Later to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Create engaging captions, utilize trending hashtags, and create high-quality thumbnails to drive engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and make recommendations for optimizing engagement.
3. Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and interacting with the community in a genuine, personable manner.
- Use creative strategies to grow the community and build relationships with followers, turning them into loyal customers.
- Stay on top of trends and content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring content stays fresh and relevant.
4. Content Strategy & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the team to implement a content strategy that aligns with the business's goals.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights on engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
- Suggest new ideas for content based on analytics and audience feedback to drive more reach and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, especially in filming, editing, and publishing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube).
- A strong eye for detail and design with the ability to produce aesthetically pleasing and engaging content.
- Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and video editing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and nurture a community.
- A passion for social media trends, particularly in the health and wellness or dental industries.
- Self-starter, creative thinker, and team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
