HSE Engineer with experience in construction and/ or wind sector.Type of Contract: SELF-EMPLOYED
YOUR SERVICE WILL CONSIST OF WORKING FULL TIME ON SITE AND DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT:- Be present during the different construction phases, auditing and making sure that the personnel obeys the safety measures established in the H&S Plan, the Risk Assessment and the Construction Manual. Fulfilling the job planning defined by the end client./-Compile and make sure that the documentation that has been requested from the contracts (training, medical aptitudes, issuing of PPE´s) defined by the end client, of the safety personnel that is going to participate in the construction is presented correctly. Prohibiting the personnel who have not previously provided such documentation to participate in the jobs./-Stop the work if a serious or imminent risk to the health of the employees is detected by communicating it to those executing the job and to the end client’s person in charge./-Report the activities that have been carried out in the formats provided by the end client./-Communicate the detected deviations mentioning the part of the Risk Assessment or of the Construction Manual that is not being fulfilled and attaching photos. When the deviation is detected, the employee will be notified and the correct way in which to proceed will be explained.Report immediately./-Send on a weekly basis and in digital format all of the Supervising results, including; a small descriptive memory of the situation and evaluation, site visit reports, meetings Minutes, new risks communication reports, and any other document the Prevention Officer considers appropriate./-Paper file the originals of all the reports made, submitting everything to the end client’s person in charge at the end of the month./-Participate in the investigation of all accidents that occurred./-Send the weekly work report summary or daily work./-Documents should be submitted in the country’s official language
