Hempel, a global leader, is looking for an Infrastructure Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Morocco. Your Role: As the Infrastructure Senior Sales Representative, you will report to the Commercial Director Infrastructure North Africa. You'll work collaboratively with various business units, including commercial, finance, and customer services, and engage with colleagues from around the world.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve annual sales targets through regular analysis, prioritization, and scheduled focused activities. Build and maintain customer dedication, identify and contact prospective customers, and develop positive relationships for future sales strategies. Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders within defined authority limits. Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts, adapting sales activities to meet objectives. Establish and complete annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans. Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with our Technical Service team. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and handle customer administration.

What We Look For: We're seeking a candidate with: Strong commercial skills and a good standard of education, with knowledge of the coating and painting industry. Validated problem-solving abilities, dedicated, and result-oriented. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle end-to-end processes and solutions. Key sales proficiencies, including the ability to present and negotiate successfully across a diverse customer base. Availability to travel 20-40%, proficiency in CRM, Office tools, and fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
